SINGAPORE: Punggol Coast MRT station opened on Tuesday ( Dec 10 ), taking the total number of MRT stations on the 22km North East Line ( NEL ) to 17 in total.
A release ceremony was held on Tuesday night to indicate the opening of the new place, which will begin operating at 3 p.m.  ,
The entrance to Punggol Coast Station is on New Punggol Road, and the other is within Punggol Digital District. It is close to the Punggol Coast vehicle junction and has more than 300 bike parking lots.  ,
Transport Minister Chee Hong Tat stated at the meeting where the 7.3km Cross Island Line-Punggol Extension will be built, and is scheduled to open by the end of 2032.
Mr. Chee remarked that these were catered for and safeguarded earlier, well before the North East Line’s execution, which was more than 20 years earlier.
” This point may not be so well-known to the government, but … it shows the long-term planning that goes behind our transportation infrastructure development.
The prospect was left open because, in Singapore, we care about both the latest technology and our future years, allowing us to design the relationship between the North East Line and the Cross Island Line more readily, he said.  ,
This is how the government has gradually and regionally improved Singapore’s equipment over the past years.” We deliver on our plans for the generation of today, while always keeping the following development bound in thinking for our children and our children,” he continued.  ,
We also do this when it comes to safeguarding our resources and getting ready for challenges in the future.
quite as climate change. ”  ,
