Russian man found naked in sea between Pattaya and Koh Lan

A boat vehicle traveling from Koh Lan was able to save a nude and exhausted Russian person in the water about six kilometers off Pattaya.

Pracharat Satsuk, 34, claimed to have saved the Soviet person while traveling to Koh Lan to meet with about 20 foreigners early on Sunday.

The ship vehicle claimed that the Russian was exhausted and floating in the ocean between Koh Lan and Bali Hai Pier. The Russian was helped by the Thai drivers to board the boat, receive a towel, and provide him with drinking water after the Thai driver threw a life jack at him.

” The gentleman was exhausted. His system had sores that may have been caused by water, which was fortunate that the present was not too strong. He wasn’t washed very thoroughly. If he was terrible, he might get hit by turbines”, Mr Pracharat said.

The pilot claimed the Russian person informed him and other tourists that he had departed from Pattaya on Saturday night and was trying to travel to Koh Lan but was unable to produce it.
