African sex traffickers arrested

Three Africans have been detained on suspicion of belonging to a group known as “madam” that traffics people from Africa into trafficking in Bangkok.

Officials from the Department of Special Investigation ( DSI) &nbsp, first detained a man from Mali, identified only as Baba, in Nong Khai province. Two African women, identified as Lulu and Zuwena, were eventually arrested in Bangkok on Monday.

According to Pol Maj Siriwish Kasemsap, chairman of the DS I’s Human Trafficking Bureau, the Ministry of Justice and the DSI are conducting an continued activity against human trafficking networks in Thailand.

The crew people called themselves “madam”. Working in Sukhumvit Road’s entertainment spaces, their goal was to offer and pressure American people into the sex industry.
