Lawyers may be appointed to examine 14 more cases filed against Sararat” Aem Cyanide” Rangsiwuthaporn, who reportedly poisoned and killed her subjects with poison, said Department of Criminal Litigation Director-General Sanjai Chanphong on Tuesday.

According to Mr. Sanjai, the department has received nearly 40 000 pages of documents submitted by Pol Lt Gen Thanayut Wuthijarasdamrong, the deputy chief of the Crime Suppression Division ( CSD ), and Pol Col Anek Taosuparb, the deputy chief of crime suppression,

He stated that prosecutors would be chosen to review the documents, and that no one would be assigned to a single attorney or a working class.

The process’s completion date has not yet been determined.

The suspect is held in custody, with the Criminal Court on Nov 20 sentenced Sararat, 37, to dying for poisoning and killing her companion, Siriporn Khanwong, with calcium poison.

Sararat was accused of trying to conceal the violence with premeditated murder committed in an attempt to conceal the murder.

The defendant’s ex-husband, Withoon Rangsiwuthaporn, 40, a former police chief of Suan Phueng depot in Ratchaburi, was also sentenced to one season and four months imprisonment. At the same time, her attorney, Thanicha Aeksuwannawat, 36, was given a two-year prison term for helping Sararat mask information.

Withoon and Thanicha, who withdrew from representing Sararat, were briefly released on a 100, 000-baht loan each.

Siriporn’s suicide was the first case against Sararat to get tried. &nbsp,

Her crimes reportedly resulted in a full of 15 subjects: 14 dead and one who survived.

The court’s jurisdiction in Ratchaburi issued its second ruling on November 20 and it is believed that Pol Lt Gen Thanayut’s investigation into the 14 more cases is a result of that decision.

The Central Investigation Bureau ( CIB ) has been in charge of the cases, and Provincial Police Region 7 has received the files for further investigation.

He said meetings were held to collect documents, testimonies, and professional analyses, during which the analysis revealed a clear goal and strategy.

The CIB continued to monitor the circumstances and determined it acceptable to indict Sararat for all 14 cases, according to Pol Lt Gen Thanayut.

He said if Sararat had not been apprehended, there could have been more sufferers, saying her deliberate conduct was violent and cold-blooded.
