Additionally, the Magistrates Court set a hearing on the event on February 7th, following his release from bail. The post-mortem, health and DNA corresponding information are pending.
Daniel’s body was discovered on Nov 12 after her brother called the police to sacrifice himself. He claimed to have had chronic health issues and had exhausted his benefits.
According to The New Straits Times, Kuala Lumpur police chief Rusdi Mohd Isa previously reported that Deanesh confessed to killing his mother in 2021″ to take her to heaven” as a result of a disagreement over his spiritual beliefs.
When the officers arrived at Deanesh’s residence in Taman Overseas Union Garden in Kuala Lumpur, they said he was standing next to the refrigerator. The University of Malaya Medical Centre performed an autopsy on his mother’s system.
According to authorities, a post-mortem examination revealed that she had sustained” neck injury due to blunt trauma.”
Neighborhoods told Harian Metro that they had not seen the victim since the government’s Motion Control Order, a number of regional quarantine measures, was implemented during the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, following Deanesh’s imprisonment.
The victim, according to the neighbors, lived alone and was young, but would go see her son. Deanesh’s door was typically locked, according to the couple, and he seldom left the house.
” He was often polite with the neighborhood. If I saw him around, he may visit me and question how I was doing”, one of the neighbours said, adding that Deanesh had also suffered a stroke.  ,
