SINGAPORE: Lions fans can get tickets for the team’s Mitsubishi Electric Cup home matches from as low as S$ 8 ( US$ 5.94 ), the Football Association of Singapore ( FAS ) said on Sunday ( Nov 24 ).
Following a public outcry over great rates, fans are now opting for a new ticket system.  ,
The football organization announced that prices will start at S$ 8 during an early bird sale time starting at noon on Monday through 11 p.m. on December 1. There will also be” substantial deals” across three solution categories, according to the organization.
From December 8 through January 5, the ASEAN Mitsubishi Electric Cup, formerly known as the AFF Championship, will take place.
Tsutomu Ogura ‘s , Lions will play two home games at the National Stadium, taking on Cambodia on Dec 11 at 7pm, followed by a fight against defending leaders Thailand on Dec 17 at 8.30pm.
Both games are part of the lights in Group A, which comprises Singapore, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Timor-Leste.
Typical ticket sales after the first bird period will begin at midnight on December 2 and ending at 9:45 p.m. on December 17.
Category 1 cards, which offer the best views of the ball, are priced at S$ 20 during early birds profits and S$ 33 during regular sales.
First bird sales offer Category 2 tickets for S$ 14, up from the normal S$ 23.
Early birds revenue for Category 3 cards cost S$ 8, whereas the regular amount is S$ 12.
Supporters are urged to profit from the early bird sale time to get tickets for the lowest prices and save a ton, FAS said.
The S$ 1 per ticket for tickets under S$ 20, S$ 3 per ticket for tickets under S$ 49.99, and S$ 5 per ticket for tickets over S$ 50 are excluded from the ticket prices, which are S$ 5 per ticket and S$ 5.
There are only one Family Zone ticket available for one child and one child or children aged 16 and under for a limited number of parents to encourage them to enjoy the games with their children.
A prime Hospitality Package, priced at S$ 150 per person, offers fans special on-site privileges like VIP lounge access 90 minutes before kick-off and during halftime, as well as a carefully selected selection of food and beverages.
Tickets for aside supporters are fixed at S$ 30 for all selling times.
