Adviser:’ Thais’ happier at house’
Pita Limjaroenrat, adviser to the chairman of the Progressive Movement and People’s Party ( PP ) campaign assistant, is vowing to make Udon Thani the city of opportunities so that locals do not leave their homes to find work elsewhere.
He made the remarks on Sunday during campaigning for the PP candidate, Kanisorn Khurirang, for Udon Thani Provincial Administration Organisation ( PAO ) chief in Phen district. On November 24, the election will be held.
Mr. Pita claimed to have encountered Thai staff from the Northeastern region who had expressed reluctance to depart while traveling abroad. Although they receive higher pay, they face difficult life. Many of them desired to go house.
In order for Udon Thani to become a city of economic opportunity within 4 to 8 years, Mr. Kanisorn has a vision for the PAO’s management.
Mr. Kanisorn may use a budget of 1.2 billion ringgit annually to boost Udon Thani people ‘ quality of life in all ways, including through the development of transportation networks, education, and public health, as well as entice highly skilled Udon Thani workers to work there as well to advance Thailand as a whole, according to Mr. Pita.
Mr. Pita also mentioned that the PP is also supporting the Move Forward and Future Forward parties, arguing that politics is all-encompassing and possible.
When you stop moving forward, you will only experience battle. As long as you keep moving forward, success is not far absent”, he said. He also criticised past Pheu Thai Party leader Thaksin Shinawatra, who is de facto its head.
” He]Thaksin ] said during his recent canvassing for Sarawut Petchpanomporn, the Pheu Thai candidate in Udon Thani, that Thais are still poor because the military has seized power twice. He was right, but why did the Pheu Thai Party join hands with the party]Palang Pracharath ] that came from the coup group?
” It’s a pity that our two events did not work together. If we would have done so, Thailand would n’t have been the same, “he said.
Chaithawat Tulathon, a Democratic Action part and a People’s Party plan assistant, said the celebration has learnt a lot from its experience in regional politics.
Mr. Chaithawat confirmed that the PP is immediately ready to work and that it will carry out tasks that local officials have previously refused to or said they could hardly by claiming the budget is very small.
He claimed that the people have a right to decide the outcome of the country’s coming and the lives of all Udon Thani individuals when the PAO chief elections take place on November 24.
Prompong Nopparit, a former official of the decision Pheu Thai Party, defended Thaksin’s comment. He said he was presenting the group’s policy. Whether it can actually be done or not may be left for the people to decide, never the officials, he said.
