Sittra Biabungkerd, an accused lawyer, is being detained by the police after she is accused of conspiring to take 39 million ringgit from a Thai lady who had won a sizable Euromillions lottery jackpot. &nbsp,

Violence Suppression Division chief Montri Theskhan told reporters&nbsp, that Nuwat Yongyut, 34, and his girfriend Sarinee Nuchanat, 32, were arrested at their home in Wang Thonglang city, Bangkok, about 6am on Tuesday, on permits approved by the Criminal Court. &nbsp,

The partners worked for Mr Sittra, handling financial dealings. They are &nbsp, accused of defrauding Jatuporn Ubonlert of 39 million ringgit. They were being held on charges of fraud, computer murder and money fraud. They denied the claims.

According to Pol Maj Gen Montri, researchers do determine whether Mr. Sittra was or not involved in the reported 39-million-baht scams.

According to reports, Ms. Jatuporn allegedly paid Mr. Sittra for a visit from the Chinese artist. She was allegedly the target of an online fraud group, according to Mr. Sittra, who tried to stop her.

Police then believe there was no scam. It was a rest.

Mr. Sittra claimed that payment must be made in bitcoin after the girl gave the money to him. The crypto change was reportedly handled by Mr. Nuwat.

The 39 million baht, according to the police, was really owned by Mr. Sittra’s party, which was a break from the 71 million baht Ms. Jatuporn had given the attorney for an online lottery job.

According to a knowledgeable cause, detectives had proof that Mr. Nuwat and Ms. Sarinee had taken 39 million baht in cash from a department store close to the Lat Phrao crossing in Bangkok.

The 39 million ringgit was lost from a Bitcoin profile to a scam group, according to a false issue that was filed with the authorities. The information was fabricated to mislead Ms Jatuporn, according to the cause.

Along with the detention on Tuesday, authorities impounded two pleasure cars, a&nbsp, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche, believed to be acquired with the stolen money. The pair was questioned by the Crime Suppression Division.

Lawyer Sittra, 43, was arrested last week for admitted scams and fraud of money he received from Ms Jatuporn, 58, called Madam Oy.

Ms Jatuporn is married to a European business. In the Euromillions lottery, she apparently won a prize drawing worth several billion ringgit.
