MOE to roll out new device management applications to Chromebooks and iPads

MOE will continue to give families who want “greater say” about how their kids use their products at home options after school time, it said. &nbsp,

The education ministry stated that it has taken steps to ensure that the new software “meet schools ‘ needs properly” and that no software solution is “entirely foolproof.” &nbsp,

The new programs were selected for their ability to meet” key technology needs”, including mobile device management, usage control and class control, said MOE in its speech. &nbsp,

They also agree with protection standards, including impartial third-party protection attestations and certifications, said the government. &nbsp,

To plan to install these programs, colleges will be trained on how to use them in November, said MOE. &nbsp,

The declaration read,” MOE may offer tools to schools to guide them through the implementation process as well as engage students and parents.” &nbsp,

Parents and schools will need some time to get acquainted with the new uses, according to MOE, and they may also face” some teething issues.” &nbsp,

Throughout the transition period, MOE will offer the needed support and address any problems that might arise.
