S$321,000 worth of drugs, including 6kg of cannabis, seized in CNB operations

A 32-year-old Malaysian man was detained the following day in his personal building close to Fernvale Street, and he was taken into custody by CNB officers. He had ketamine in his system.

A 24-year-old Malaysian man was therefore detained by CNB officers on the ground floor of a personal block close to Fernvale Link.

The guy was then escorted to his product in the same wall, where a research uncovered about 6.2kg of hemp, 472g of Ecstasy, 238g of Ice, 3, 081 Erimin-5 devices, 42 vaping products containing cannabis and six bits of cannabis-laced edibles.

According to CNB, studies into the drug trafficking of the arrested suspects are continuing.

It is prohibited for a person to possess or offer to possess a controlled drug under Section 5 of the Misuse of Drugs Act ( MDA ) of 1973.

Any man found guilty of trafficking more than 250g of meth, or more than 500g of cannabis, may experience the required death sentence.
