The Comptroller General’s Department is urging 380, 000 ready recipients of the 10, 000-baht money handbook to link their bank accounts to PromptPay program before December 16 to reference their national IDs.
More than 14 million people with disabilities and those with state security cards were transferred in the first phase, according to the Finance Ministry, from Sept. 25 to Sept. 30, compared to 381, 287 ineffective transfers.
According to the Comptroller General’s Department, those who have n’t received their payments will need to make three more transfer attempts.
The second move is scheduled for October 22 and is due on Friday with a PromptPay link-up date. The timeframe for November shift is November 18 and the deadline will be November 22. The cut-off meeting for the transfer is December 16 and the last transfer is scheduled for December 22.
According to The Comptroller General’s Department, recipients will lose their payment rights if they do n’t update their information during the retry period.
For people with disabilities, closed banks accounts or incorrect bank account numbers are the major causes of missed payments.
