One killed, another seriously injured in two train accidents

A man was killed and another had both legs cut off within two separate teach accidents – 1 in Khon Kaen province in the Northeast and the other in Chon Buri state southeast of Bangkok on Saturday mid-day.

In Khon Kaen, Pol Capt Pianwit Yenya, a deputy main investigator at No Sila police train station, received a stereo report at about 7pm that a man has been hit and killed by a train at a railway crossing from Nano village in Non Sila district.

Law enforcement rushed to the picture and found the person aged 40-50, wearing a blue T-shirt and black trousers, lying down dead near the rail track. The body was crushed and terribly mutilated.

From a police investigation, the train through Bangkok was at risk of Khon Kaen once the driver saw the person who suddenly tripped and fell within the rail track. The driving force was unable to end the train, causing it to run within the man, crushing him to death.

The man has been still unidentified since there were no documents left on your pet.

Within Chon Buri, a good unidentified man, old about 40, had his both hip and legs cut off after being crushed by a teach at Moo twelve village in tambon Nong Prue, Bang Lamung district.

The incident occurred at about 4. 30pm involving a good express train which had just departed from Phlu Ta Luang station within Sattahip district, heading for Bangkok.

The train drivers told police and State Railway associated with Thailand (SRT) researchers that he saw the person placing his each legs across the train track from a distance away but was unable to stop the train in time and the train ran over your pet.

The driver said when this individual managed to stop the train to take a look, the man was still alive. He called rescuers for help.

Police could not yet conclude the investigation, as the wounded man has been still unable to state.
