The Tourism Authority of Thailand ( TAT ) and the Department of Religious Affairs ( DoRA ) have denied any involvement in awarding a pair of social media influencers a certificate in recognition of promotions involving tourism.

The TAT said in a statement posted on its Facebook page on Wednesday that it had no influence in planning the event, where” Phee Dome” and” Nong Ying” were pictured receiving certificates in the category of Buddhism promotion.

The expert claimed Tuesday that it only had a link to the prize and that it only had a legal basis for using its head workplace on Phetchaburi Road in Bangkok.

Phee Dome, a gentleman, and Nong Ying, a lady, are known via their social advertising network for conjuring divine power to treat psychologically traumatised individuals, exorcising demonic spirits, and free souls. Authorities previously ordered them to close their center, Sukhavadee Sanctuary, and prevent offering holy healing solutions.

The DoRA and Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University immediately claimed to be working together on the prize.

Monday, the DoRA and the university denied being organisers. The DoRA has instructed the alleged Buddhist development activities committees, the award host, to instantly delete any messages that relate to the division.
