Suspect opens flames, injuring a police officer and a native
On Thursday evening, an armed person escaping an arrest warrant held children captive inside a home in Bangkok’s Phaya Thai district’s Phaya Thai district’s Soi Inthamara 29.
According to Pol Lt Col Woraphat Sujkthai, deputy director at Bang Sue police station, the person, who is 180 centimeters high and is wearing camouflage clothes, broke into the home where an undetermined number of children were staying on the second floor.
A police agent and a citizen were hurt when the suspect opened fire from the home, according to the police dispatcher.
The house was surrounded by the Hanuman special task force of the Crime Suppression Division and Bang Sue place officials.
According to a cause, the suspect was wanted for a fraud situation in a Taopoon police station-related area.
Although the police had located him, he fled to Soi Inthamara 29, where he climbed over the ceiling into the home at around 7 o’clock.
Due to the fear that the suspect may hurt those in, officials were unable to surprise the house.
The assume has since been identified as 38-year-old Santi Jae-arlee, a former boxer.
