According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, no Thai citizens have so far requested to be evicted from their homes as a result of the Middle Eastern’s screaming issues.

The government has prepared measures to ensure the protection of Thai residents living in Israel, Lebanon, and Iran, according to director Nikorndej Balankura on Thursday.

He claimed that the government had advised Thais to avoid visiting conflict-affected countries and that it had urged people there to follow directions and pay attention to the local government’s presentations.

It has mandated that Thai ministers in Middle Eastern nations carefully follow the situation and coordinate with local officials on éventuel evacuations in the event of an uprising.

He advised all citizens who are not required to remain in Israel and its neighboring nations to leave right away, according to the government.

” As of now, there has not been any plea from Thai citizens asking to be evacuated. But if the need arises, we have an departure plan”, he added.

” We will walk them first to a secure location within the nation. We may eject them to neighboring nations or send them back to Thailand if the issue worsens.

At the end of the day, the government may send any more Thai laborers to Israel or neighboring nations, according to Mr. Nikorndej.

He claimed that the government and the Labour Ministry have been working together to create recommendations for this issue. We want Thais who stay in Israel, Lebanon, and other neighboring countries to a strict adhere to the instructions and recommendations of their local government and Royal Thai Embassies.

He cited Thailand’s position on the Middle East conflict, saying that the government is urging all parties to be persistent and end all forms of violence to stop any further increase.

” Thailand supports the two-state solution where Israel and Palestine co-exist tightly and peacefully”, he said.

Before the Hamas strike in southern Israel on Oct 7 next year, about 30, 000 Thai citizens were working in the country, the majority in agribusiness and design. In the first few days and nights of the conflict with Hamas, about 9, 000 were repatriated, while the rest chose to remain. According to officials at the time, they were known to be located in secure areas far from conflict.

Roughly 600 Thai workers, the first to come to Israel since the Hamas strike past October, went to the state in July.

Of the 31 Thais formerly taken prisoner by Hamas next October, 23 have been released. The death of the remaining six is unknown, despite the fact that two have already been confirmed dying in May.
