A family of three suffered injuries early on Sunday night when their pickup truck slammed into a bridge being constructed in Bangkok’s Lat Krabang area.

Around 2am on Sunday, the 10-meter-high Lat Krabang-Onnut flyover design on Lat Krabang Road near the Suk Saman crossing happened.

A 22-wheeled vehicle that was parked on the side of the runway structure was next to the seriously damaged Isuzu pickup truck, which was quickly discovered by police and rescue workers.

According to reports, the Ayutthaya province-registered pick reportedly fell from the bridge, collided with the 22-wheeled vehicle, and sat down.

Rescue personnel extracted a 33-year-old gentleman, his 31-year-old family and their one-year-old child from their car and sent them to a nearby hospital.

The vehicle allegedly told police that he had seen no wall on the gate in the dark. &nbsp,
