Shake Shack collaborates with KEK Seafood for zi char inspired burgers and more

Finally, there are White Pepper Fries ( S$ 6.80 ), featuring Shake Shack’s classic crinkle-cut fries drizzled with thick white pepper sauce and topped with spring onions.

A KEK Seafood spokesperson said that” this limited-time list did recreate how zi ash is presented for guests to enjoy while capturing the essence of Singaporean cuisine.” K is looking forward to bringing these cherished flavors to both devoted and new followers.

For this hyper-local list, you’ll need a hyper-local beverage. A Bandung Shake ($ 9.50 ) and a Buah Long Long Lemonade ($ 5.70 ) with citrusy june plum puree and sour plums are available from Shake Shack. The latter also includes creamy vanilla custard, raspberry puree, and rosewater.

Personally, I’m just a little disappointed that the Shake Shack x KEK Seafood menu does n’t have a Moonlight Hor Fun burger, but I suppose it’s for the greater good.

On October 17, all Shake Shack locations will be showing off their new KEK Seafood products.
