SINGAPORE: Former transport minister S Iswaran is expected to plead guilty on , Tuesday ( Sep 24 ), after the prosecution , replaced his two corruption charges with lesser ones under Section 165.
According to Section 165, accepting or obtaining useful items from someone who works for them in a public power is an offense.
Iswaran, 62,  , is the first , social office-holder in Singapore to be tried in court in almost five decades.
