On social media, people are debating whether a group of stray dogs in Pattaya are guilty of animal cruelty by keeping their mouths shut to avoid them cutting people.

A Twitter users posted pictures of 10 dogs in the Chon Buri district of Chon Buri’s Bang Lamung district, which are seen with taped mouths scurrying around in the soi Pattaya-Na Kluea 12 area. Some were carrying water containers, slung around their heads. &nbsp, &nbsp,
