King endorses new cabinet

The 35-member government that new Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra proposed has been approved by His Majesty the King.

On Wednesday, the novel lineup was revealed in the Royal Gazette.

Pheu Thai director and past energy secretary Pichai Naripthaphan have taken over as commerce secretary, while deputy prime minister Phumtham Wechayachai also takes over the defense investment.

The coalition-core Pheu Thai Party has 17 of the government jobs, ministers and deputy officials, with the remaining 19 assets divided among its alliance partners.

According to the news by the Royal Gazette: &nbsp,

  1. Phumtham Wechayachai is the country’s deputy prime minister and defense minister ( Pheu Thai ).
  2. Suriya Juangroongruangkit is Thailand’s deputy prime minister and transports secretary.
  3. Anutin Charnvirakul is Bhumjaithai’s deputy prime minister and interior secretary.
  4. United Thai Nation deputy prime minister and power secretary is Pirapan Salirathavibhaga.
  5. Pichai Chunhavajira is Thailand’s deputy prime minister and funding minister.
  6. Prasert Jantararuangtong is Thailand’s deputy prime minister and minister of digital economy and society ( Pheu Thai ).
  7. Chousak Sirinil is a prime minister’s office minister ( Pheu Thai )
  8. Jiraporn Sindhuprai is a prime minister’s office minister ( Pheu Thai )
  9. The United Thai Nation’s assistant defense secretary is Gen Natthapon Nakpanich.
  10. Julapun Amornvivat is the country’s deputy finance minister ( Pheu Thai ).
  11. Vice-Minister of Finance ( Pheu Thai ), Paopoom Rojanasakul
  12. Maris Sangiampongsa is Thailand’s foreign affairs minister.
  13. Tourism and sports minister Sorawong Thienthong ( Pheu Thai ) is
  14. Varawut Silpa-archa is social development and human security minister Chatthaipattana )
  15. Supamas Isarabhakdi is higher education, science, research and innovation minister ( Bhumjaithai )
  16. Agriculture and cooperatives minister Narumon Pinyosinwat ( Palang Pracharath faction led by Capt. Thamanat Prompow ) is
  17. Itthi Sirilathayakorn is the deputy agriculture and cooperatives minister ( Capt. Thamanat Prompow’s Palang Pracharath faction ).
  18. Akara Prompao is the vice minister of agriculture and cooperatives for the Palang Pracharath party under the leadership of Capt. Thamanat Prompow.
  19. Manaporn Charoensri serves as Thailand’s assistant transportation minister.
  20. Surapong Piyachote serves as Thailand’s lieutenant transportation minister.
  21. Natural resources and environment minister ( Democrat ), Chalermchai Sri-on.
  22. Pichai Naripthaphan is Thailand’s business minister.
  23. Napintorn Srisanpang is deputy commerce minister ( Bhumjaithai )
