The Bhumjaithai Party’s head, Anutin Charnvirakul, expressed confidence in the new government’s pro-cannabis policy on Tuesday, citing the party’s ability to pick up where Srettha Thavisin’s departure scuppered.

In July, Mr. Srettha and Mr. Anutin made a compromise on the cannabis problem by enforcing a draft bill to regulate the plant’s apply for health and research and development objectives. This marked a U-turn in the administration’s bid to relist hemp as a narcotic substance.

One of the six policies Bhumjaithai was submitting to the decision Pheu Thai Party to be incorporated into the government’s key policies, which will be declared afterwards in parliament, Mr. Anutin said on Tuesday, was pushing to complete the cannabis control bill to completely control cannabis use to advance people’s health and for research purposes.

This plan was worded as the research and development of Thai ingredients, including cannabis, he said.

Since becoming a new coalition spouse and asking the original opposition party if it would be a problem, Mr. Anutin said the original opposition group might not have enough votes to stop the expenses even if it remained opposed, Mr. Anutin said.

” This new Democrat team is n’t the same as the previous one,” said Mr. Anutin,” but I think this one is different.” I also think that Chalermchai Sri-on’s team spirit and his apparent better understanding of the needs of the public are what made this team succeed.

As for the government’s goal to push for an entertainment complex task, including a legitimate game, Mr Anutin said Bhumjaithai, as a vital partnership party, would support this as much as it is not abused to gain certain groups.

Really, I’m not concerned about this project because everyone seems to be doing a lot of respect for an ethical code that has a very broad scope now,” he said.

Different policies proposed by Bhumjaithai include decentralisation, equal access to education, better ocean control and clean energy, he said.
