Around 4am on Sunday, police were called to a cafe in Prachuap Khiri Khan’s Soi Hua Hin 80 off Phet Kasem Road.

A 31-year-old man, identified as Sgt Maj 1st Class Rojanaphon, had been killed, shot three days with 9mm quality guns, police reported. &nbsp,

Another client had been shot in the arm, and the Hua Hin Sawang Rescue crew took him to the hospital.

Witnesses reported to police that they had two or three shots, which sparked a compulsion to leave the bar. &nbsp,

A suspect had since since surrendered to the Hua Hin police place, according to the police report from Monday. Although his title was kept secret, the Police Administration Inspection and Monitoring Committee was named.

The restaurant was found to get operating illegally, never having had a licence for six months. The landlord faces trial, and the cafe was ordered shut down for five decades.

Residents of local Hua Hin police station are concerned about the illegal pub’s proximity to the improper bar’s 500-meter proximity.
