According to a cause, more law enforcement officers will be stationed at the Criminal Court on Monday to keep things get since former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra will look for his der majoreste situation.

Basic security measures will be in place at the courtroom, but Metropolitan Police Division 2 officers and further court staff will be present as needed because the situation is anticipated to draw media attention.

The media will not be allowed to attend Thaksin’s judge reading.

Following his indictment on charges of stability majoreste and computer crime on June 18, Thaksin is scheduled to appear in court on Monday for his first reading, an evaluation of evidence, and the reading of witness lists.

The allegations stem from remarks he made on May 21, 2015, in a North Korean paper, Chosun Ilbo.

He was freed on loan and is prohibited from leaving the country without judge approval. He was also given a 500, 000-baht connection.

He requested court approval on July 27 to leave the country and remain in Dubai from August 1 through August 16 for health care and personal organization.

The court turned down his plea on July 30 because Thaksin’s conditions were frequently encountered and physicians in Thailand had address them. The judge stated that Thaksin’s meetings with Dubai residents were private matters.

The court determined that the international trip was not necessary, and because the requested time was approaching August 19th, Thaksin was not permitted to leave the nation. If Thaksin has sought medical attention since then, it’s never known.
