Man investigated for suspected involvement in rearranging National Day floral decorations at Pandan Gardens

SINGAPORE: The police are investigating a 23-year-old man for his presumed presence in a situation of evil.

At about 10.45am on Aug 6, the police were alerted to an incident&nbsp, along the empty place of Block 404 Pandan Gardens.

The picture that the authorities claim was posted on TikTok caused damage to the floral decorations during the festivities on National Day, and the photos were altered and rearranged to form a new word. &nbsp,
