SINGAPORE: The police are investigating a 23-year-old man for his presumed presence in a situation of evil.
At about 10.45am on Aug 6, the police were alerted to an incident , along the empty place of Block 404 Pandan Gardens.
The picture that the authorities claim was posted on TikTok caused damage to the floral decorations during the festivities on National Day, and the photos were altered and rearranged to form a new word.  ,
The Pandan Gardens Residents ‘ Network and people have been harmed by this repulsive act, according to the Friends of Ayer Rajah Facebook page, which reported a police statement on August 6.

Initial studies revealed that the man reportedly reportedly filmed and uploaded the video to TikTok and committed the act of evil.
