Two animals were struck by cars on a highway in the Samphran district, west of Bangkok, on Thursday night, and two were found deceased. Two more wrecks resulted from them leaving their stall in a local café.

At 7:30 am, a truck and a car collided with horses in the Borommaratchachonnani Road, which is Bangkok-bound. Two more automobiles then rear-ended the truck. After colliding with a horse, one of the vehicles struck the vehicle.

The mares aged 10 and 11 years old were allegedly escaping from The Frog Prince Cafe on Borommaratchachonnani Road, about 4 kilometers east of Phutthamonthon Park on the western fringes of Bangkok, according to Preedalak Jinda, the owner of the animals.

They were generally faithful in their enclosed corral, she said. Yet, they might had broken out because they were frightened by things, she added.

During the morning rush hour, there was a lot of traffic as a result of the event.
