Bus routes to link airports

Transport Co, a state-run bus company, will launch bus services to three of Thailand’s biggest airports ( AoT ) and will open ticketing offices to make it easier to travel to destinations in other provinces, the company announced on Monday.

Atthawit Rakchamroon, a managing director of Transport Co, stated that the company has consulted AoT regarding its plans to run international cars companies from Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, and Phuket flights and has set up ticket practices at the airports.

The so- called feeder buses does provide generally principal cities, tourism hotspots, and some extra provinces, including Pattaya city in Chon Buri, Chanthaburi, Trat, Nakhon Ratchasima and Hua Hin district in Prachuap Khiri Khan.

According to Mr. Atthawit, the international bus connections may give passengers more options when traveling to their destinations.

According to the company, the service will boost tourist visitors, which in turn will boost economic activities in the provinces, which is in line with the government’s target to revitalise nearby markets. &nbsp,

According to Mr. Atthawit, the AoT recommended that Transport Co launch a regular bus service between Phuket and Khao Lak, a well-known coastal tourist attraction in neighboring Phangnga.
