The proposed order of a VIP aeroplane for 12 billion ringgit and two mid-sized helicopters for significant passengers at a cost of 3.3 billion ringgit is included in the 2025 finances bill. &nbsp,

Where possible, the VIP plane and aircraft would be used to help education courses and other activities. All use would be under the&nbsp, control of the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF ). &nbsp,

According to air pressure commander-in-chief ACM Punpakdee Pattanakul, the new VIP airplane may replace the aging Airbus 304, which is scheduled to be decommissioned in 2029.

Thailand required long-haul airplane to transport significant passengers and provide support during times of war or disaster.

The perfect minister and his government would not need to fly it, which would be done by charter plane. &nbsp, &nbsp,

The latest Airbus 340- 500 was deployed just to leave Thai staff in Israel and Sudan, bringing them back to Thailand.

The two VIP planes could also be used for other emergency service like search and rescue.

Which types may be chosen if something had to be decided. ACM Punpakdee said the approved expenditure had to be made public initially.
