SINGAPORE: A 54- year- older man was charged on Monday ( Jul 1 ) with showing his 10- year- older daughter pornography and performing an immoral act with her.  ,
The Malaysian man may be named according to gag purchases protecting his daughter’s identity.
He was accused of performing an inappropriate action on a child while displaying pornography to a child and possessing 140 vulgar movies.
The accused claimed that the person harmed his daughter by showing her a pornographic videos in 2019.
He was subsequently found with 140 outrageous pictures on Feb 11, 2023.
The gentleman indicated that he would be entering a guilty plea in August, and he received a time to do so.
If convicted of an indecent act with a baby, he can be jailed for up to five years, fined up to S$ 10, 000, or both if he is a primary criminal.
If found guilty of showing sexuality to a minor, he could be jailed for up to a month, fined, or both.
If convicted of possessing outrageous movie, he may be jailed for up to six months, fined up to S$ 20, 000, or both.
