Complaint laid against “Nong Nice” and sect associates

A lawyer for a child accuses him of having a “mind network” to numerous crimes.

A well-known attorney has filed a police complaint against the 8-year-old child dubbed” Nong Nice, mind relationship” and alleged dynasty affiliates of scams in promoting the boy’s alleged psychic powers.

The Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD ) at the Central Investigation Bureau was informed on Tuesday that the Dharma Army Lawyers Foundation chairman, Ananchai Chaiyadet, had filed the complaint.

Six crimes, including money laundering and system violence, are brought against the child and his attorney Thammarat Sarapanya and 60 officials of a social media page and a site that promotes his alleged magical capabilities.

Mr Ananchai was accompanied by Chalida Palamat, president of the Get One Foundation, and previous Democrat MP Tankhun Jitissara.

Nong Nice and his parents, who are from Surat Thani province, have been making headlines for claims that the boy is the Lord Buddha’s reincarnated son and has a magical ability to” connect people’s minds” ( connect people’s minds ).

He claimed that he had presented proof and lodged a complaint against the three groups of people, alleging they had broken the Computer Crime Act, Criminal Code, Money Laundering Act, Donation Soliciting Act, Control of Begging Act, and Revenue Code. &nbsp,

Lawyer Ananchai argued that even though the law prohibits punishing a child for breaking the law, the parents who are found guilty of the crime may be separated from the baby and placed in social security agencies.

According to Mr Tankhun, the teen’s solicitor, Mr Thammarat, had solicited gifts from individuals via his Twitter account to obtain money to fight a complaint. This was against the Donation Soliciting Act. Although the sum involved was certainly large, he broke the law, the former MP said.

He even asserted that there was proof that Mr. Thammarat’s rules practice had not filed any taxes.

Authorities previously instructed the families of Nong Nice to cease using their child to make money.
