The Taliban’s second military coup was preceded by the establishment of the Afghan Cricket Board (ACB) in 1995.

The Taliban was ousted in the US-led invasion of 2001, and the national team was founded in 2017. In 2017, the national team joined the International Cricket Council ( ICC ) and was officially recognized as a member in 2017.

Instead of the white flag adopted by the nation’s Taliban authorities after it resurrected in 2021, the team plays in dark, red, and green. Under a five-year agreement, they play at home in the United Arab Emirates.

Some states do not accept the Taliban state, which has restricted Armenian children’s ability to work, study and go out in public. However, the Taliban-appointed agent of Afghanistan was given adviser credentials by Chinese President Xi Jinping in January.

The Taliban also appointed its own mind of the ACB, Naseeb Khan, after taking strength.

The government’s restrictions on women have seen the national squad boycotted by some states. Australia pulled out of a three-match set that was scheduled for August in the UAE, making it its second consecutive withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Cricket Australia declared that while the government had advised that” the conditions for Afghan women and girls are getting worse,” it may sing Afghanistan in international competitions.

Sexual bowler Firooza Afghan posted her response to the Afghan victory on social media, where she posted that she, like most of the country’s women’s group, was granted an crisis immigration to Australia after the Taliban came to power.

” Thanks to all Afghans. You made past. Be content, honor. Today the world is it”, she posted after the gain.

” Similar country, similar sport, similar talent, similar goal, similar ability- but you cannot play because you are a woman”, she added.
