Michelin Bib Gourmand 2024 list: 81 eateries in Singapore make the cut

Coffee pods may cease at Fico&nbsp, an attractive restaurant in East Coast Park, for a pit stop. The informal Italian restaurant Mirko Febbrile, which is owned by chef Mirko Febbrile, has a constantly changing list. Some of their more popular items include vintage spaghetti and focaccina&nbsp, –&nbsp, an appetiser- sized part of normal focaccia bread.

In a media speech, Gwendal Poullennec, the International Director of the Michelin Guide said:” When discussing Singapore’s dishes, one can overlook the important part of stalls centres. These are a portrait of the multi-ethnic culture as well as a part of daily life for the common people.

Our inspectors have discovered abundant cultural traditions that include Thai, Italian, Indian, and Penang cuisines, as well as the long-standing history hawkers who continue to offer up their much-loved recipes, all at amazing value, in Singapore’s ninth book of Singapore’s Bib Gourmand choice.

” Reassuringly, we are seeing more younger individuals joining the food and beverage industry, with yet fully trained chefs willing to join the ranks of peddlers.
