Chencharu’s growth will remain guided by sustainable design strategies, said HDB.

For example, homes may be oriented north-south to strengthen healthy air and reduce the amount of direct sunlight entering the apartments and the building of heat that comes with it.

” Where relevant, studies on wind flow, temperature, thermal irradiance and sun- shadow analysis may be carried out to create a clean and comfortable living environment”, said HDB.

” Properties will also include guidelines to promote the adoption of wise home solutions.”

Aside from Chencharu’s first BTO job, various projects in&nbsp, Jurong East, Tampines, Woodlands and Queenstown will also be launched for sale in June.
