‘Judicial prostitutes’: Man accused of calling for ex-president’s death charged afresh with verbal abuse of female District Judges

On Thursday ( May 23 ), a man accused of calling for the death of former president Halimah Yacob received new charges, this time for using abusive language against two State Court District Judges. &nbsp,

Vickreman Harvey Chettiar, 33, was given eight new expenses. Four of them relate to his behavior toward the two female courts, including calling both” criminal prostitutes.” &nbsp,

He then faces a total of 12 costs.

Vickreman was recently accused of assaulting Madam Halimah in a social media post that posed a threat of her physical damage.

The former president “deserves to get dragged out of the National Palace by Singapore patriots, brought to near the Parliament House, strung up from light article 4F, and hanged by the throat until all existence has totally departed her figure,” according to the post, which allegedly was made on his Instagram account on April 30.

Additionally, he was accused of using disturbing thoughts against an investigation official from the Singapore Police Force in 2021, publishing the target of an alleged female aggressor in 2021, and flipping a marble table in the Supreme Court in 2020. &nbsp,

Vickreman’s fresh charges comprise four under the Protection from Harassment Act for his verbal altercation against&nbsp, the District Judges, two for failing to attend judge, one for fabricating false information, and one for using legal pressure at a clinic.

Vickreman reportedly reportedly called two female District Judges” criminal prostitutes” in a FormSG obedience to the position courts on February 28, this year. &nbsp,

Vickreman allegedly continued to verbally abuses one of these magistrates in subsequent emails, according to charge sheets. &nbsp,

According to him, he allegedly verbally abused a person who he claimed she “deserves to have her mouth smashed in and her cheeks embroidered shut” by sending an email to her on March 1. &nbsp,

The next day, targetting the same prosecutor, Vickreman apparently sent an email calling her a” criminal prostitute”. &nbsp,

He therefore called the police hotline on March 8 and said over the phone:” I’m going to get the judge, slash her face away, and stab her in the eye.”

Individually, Vickreman is also accused of failing to go court on Mar 5 and Mar 22 this year. Additionally, it is said that he allegedly pushed a man on the chest on March 7th, this year at National University Hospital. &nbsp,

For the cost of fabricating false information, Vickreman is said to have &nbsp, made a false police statement on Mar 18. &nbsp,

Vickreman reportedly claimed in this statement that he called the police line on March 8 to document that his message had been compromised. According to his charge sheet, he gave this police report to his attorney to present in court so that he could contest the renewal of his loan. &nbsp,

Vickreman has been remanded since Apr 6 according to court documents. &nbsp, &nbsp,

His situation has been scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on June 10. &nbsp,

If convicted of making aggressive communications towards the courts, Vickreman may remain jailed up to a month, fined up to S$ 5, 000, or both. &nbsp,

Vickreman does face jail time up to a year, fined up to S$ 5, 000, or both if found guilty of making threatening communications with the intention to use violence against the prosecutor. &nbsp,

If convicted of using legal force, he may remain jailed up to three months, or fined up to S$ 1, 500, or both.

If convicted of giving or fabricating false information for a criminal moving, he may become jailed up to seven times, and fined. &nbsp,

For failing to attend judge, Vickreman may face a prison term of up to three years, and a great, or both. &nbsp,
