Due to the victims of the financial misconduct case who believe he was given unfair privileges, the Department of Corrections ( DoC ) received criticism yesterday for the transfer of a key suspect in the scandal-hit Stark Corporation to the Police General Hospital ( PGH).
Lots of buyers affected by the forgery case requested Justice Minister Tawee Sodsong, demanding the facts after learning that Vonnarat Tangkaravakoon, Stark’s largest investor, was being treated at the PGH.
One of the seven offenders in the Securities and Exchange Act’s case list was Mr. Vonnarat. 4, 704 owners were impacted by the alleged wrongdoing, which is estimated to have incurred damage of 14.7 billion baht.
