Authorities are looking into an explosion at a Saraburi fireworks stock that resulted in the death of the user.
On Friday night, authorities in the area of Nong Saeng, in the northern province, received an alert about the incident.
Boonruang Pongsida, 62, suffered considerable burn and was taken to Nong Saeng Hospital, where he died.
While the reason is also unknown, Lampoon Pongsida, Mr Boonruang’s 52- yr- older brother, said the explosion might have been triggered by the warm weather.
Srettha Thavisin, the prime minister, requested that the justice ministry make payments to the deceased’s home.
The family may be entitled to up to 200, 000 ringgit in payment as they are viewed as subjects in a legal situation, said Kenika Ounjit, a lieutenant spokesperson for the Prime Minister’s Office.
The agency’s Saraburi company has been given the order from public health secretary Somsak Thepsutin to check the area around the shop for signs of pollution.
