Websites had regular attrition of B50 million, say officers

In the northeastern state of Chiang Mai, five alleged administrators of a major online gaming network with a regular turnover of more than 50 million ringgit have been detained.
Following information of illegal actions linked to the Bioclub gaming site at the property, officials from Provincial Police Region 5 raided a condominium unit in Muang area and a home in Saraphi area on Friday.
At the apartment, officers armed with a seek warrant arrested three people, identified just as Tiwanont, 26, Thanakorn, 23, and Natcha, 22. They admitted to being officials of the web and told officials that they also operated the Prettygaming168 and GK168 gaming sites.
The attack turned up four devices, three cellular phones and related products.
The three defendants told authorities that the three sites handled about 50 million ringgit each month and named another person, Piyapong, as their boss.

Mr Piyapong, 29, was found in the house in Saraphi along with a person identified as Achirayan, 28, said to have been a manager.
At the next place, two notebooks, seven cellular phones, two banks passbooks, and ATM cards were taken.
Mr Piyapong and Ms Achirayan admitted they worked as officials of four playing websites: Bioclub, Prettygaming168, GK168 and ramen88.
All five defendants were held for more legal proceedings.
