Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin announced on Thursday morning that the federal police commander, Pol Gen Torsak Sukvimol, and his assistant, Pol Gen Surachate Hakparn, were transferred to the Prime Minister’s Office to make way for justice and public services.

According to Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin, the transfer of federal police chief Pol Gen Torsak Sukvimol and his assistant Pol Gen Surachate Hakparn to the Prime Minister’s Office is done in an effort to promote justice and public services.

Following the transfer of Pol Gen Torsak and Pol Gen Surachate the day before, the prime minister made the statement following the chairing of a gathering of the Police Commission at the Office of the Royal Thai Police on Thursday night.

The Prime Minister later stated to reporters that he was opposed to any kind of intervention and that the Royal Thai Police should be able to function with respect in the common interest.

People would be in problems if we were preoccupied with the problem, according to Mr. Srettha, and everyone would lose rely on their work.

According to him, Pol Gen. Torsak and Pol Gen. Surachate are still innocent until a spacecraft commission reviews their case, and their move is intended to facilitate fairness and stop any potential disturbance.

The operating acting federal police commander, Pol Gen Kitrat Panphet, acknowledged the prime minister’s outlined his plans for the police power.

Mr Srettha said the policeman should really address the issues of cocaine, loan sharks, prominent citizens, seized items and illegal firearms.

Additionally, the prime minister mandated that no conversations be conducted regarding the conflict between Pol Gen Surak and Pol Gen Torsak.

In response to questions from reporters about possible repercussions of the transport order, Mr. Srettha argued that society needed to have more clarity about the situation.

Prior to now, the federal police captain and his assistant had been regularly in news as a result of reports that Pol Gen Surachate might face charges of money laundering in connection with online gaming systems.

On Sunday Bangkok police&nbsp, attached a notice&nbsp, to the wall of Pol Gen Surachate’s mansion in Laksi area, requiring him to embrace a money- trafficking charge related to a suspected gambling website network. Pol Gen Surachate questioned the validity of the legitimate action brought against him that morning.

Pol Gen Torsak stated to reporters on Monday that if Pol Gen Surachate disobeyed repeated indictments, he may encounter an arrest warrant and possibly a pay suspension. Also, he said, he expected the circumstances concerning his assistant may be concluded before his pension.

At a press event on Tuesday, attorneys representing Pol Gen Surachate said there were ongoing&nbsp, attempts to discredit&nbsp, his customer according to his possible inheritance as the federal police chief later this year.
