Dhanarak Asset Development Co Ltd ( DAD ) intends to invest 449 million baht in a project to convert the Government Complex on Chaeng Wattana Road’s rooftops and surrounding areas of carpark buildings into a public park. In the money, it anticipates adding more efficient spaces.
