MP demands legitimate quality regarding S112.

A subcommittee will be established to determine whether der majority-related cases should be included in the bill after a specific House committee examines an amnesty bill.
Suriyasai Katasila, a political advocate, told the agency’s meeting monday that each side has a different opinion on the stability majeste law, aka Section 112, but any study may be conducted completely as it is a delicate matter.
He claimed that the council would need to take some time to research the motives behind each perpetrator.
According to Mr. Suriyasai, specific systems should be established to handle the situation.
Thaworn Senniam, a former member of the Women’s Democratic Reform Committee, said that reforming the king is different from overthrowing the king, the latter of which he opposes.
According to Mr. Thaworn, some individuals have been charged with Section 112-related offenses as a result of their careless errors, and some have been the victims of a witch hunt.
So, he said, the weight of the circumstances must be taken into consideration and constructive discussions had been held to find alternatives.
Nattawut Saikuar, a past member of the United Front for Democracy Against Dictatorship, said an amnesty expenses should include all cases, with exceptions for corruption and existence- disturbing offenses.
In an effort to end political unrest, he also supports the inclusion of Segment 112 in the asylum expenses.
Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana, a United Thai Nation ( UTN) Party list MP, disagreed with Mr Nattawut’s statement. He claimed that a violation of Section 112 is distinct from an act of unlawful open assembly and that it is inappropriate to classify such crimes as having political resemblance.
Mr. Thanakorn claimed that some youth organizations had social ties to political parties and that they were socially connected.
” There are many ways to express your ideas within the rules of politics. People really respect the rights of people, he said, and the political movement should be conducted according to the same rules of law, he said.
He argued that parents may also effectively educate their children to avoid doing wrong, particularly in regards to matters involving the royal institution and state security.
” Discretions in political views are acceptable, but they must not cause division in society and adhere to the rules.”
