Thailand: A man from Russia was discovered fatally shot in a rented home where hemp flowers were being grown on Wednesday afternoon.

Officers found the body of Artur Mkhitarian, 42, in a pool of blood, with some serious breaks to his neck and body. He was reportedly dead for at least 12 days, according to the authorities.
