PHUKET: An National student is facing a legal charge after being found to have molestered at least two female horses, one of which caused a miscarry.
A few who own a native firm, Chatroj Lek- arwut, 50, and Prapada Lek- arwut, a few, filed a complaint with the Thalang police on Tuesday alleging an 18-year-old American tourist molested three mares named Mali, Gina, and A- ngoon.
According to the couple, the girl allegedly repeatedly inserted his hand and arm into the vulvas of the horses during his appointments on film from the stable’s CCTV system.
Mali, who was nine weeks pregnant, is alleged to have miscarried as a result of the rape. Gina is certainly pregnant, but she has shown signs of pain as a result, according to them.
On the other hand, A- ngoon has been given antibiotics that may damage the four-month-old calf it is carrying after developing an infection, which is most likely brought on by the molestation.
The American girl appeared to be a regular visitor who frequently stopped by the stable, according to Ms. Prapada. The pair noticed that the horses he had toured had mucus around their sex glands.
The horse A-ngoon was examined by dermatologist Suthat Niyomthai of the Provincial Livestock Development Office and confirmed the disease. He acknowledged that it was impossible to predict whether the antibiotics he had given her to keep her life would lead to a miscarriage.
According to Pol Maj Yutthapol Wattaset, an investigator at the Thalang place, local authorities have invited the American teenager to question him on March 16.
The child’s deeds were viewed as a form of zoophilia, a mental illness that necessitates medical care, according to Dr. Apichat Jariyavilas, a spokeswoman for the Department of Mental Health.
Note: A previous version of this narrative, which stated that a horse was miscarried after being abused by a stranger, contained inaccurate information and has since been removed.
