One of the teenagers who is accused of killing a British family when they broke into her Australian home has entered a murder plea.

On Boxing Day, 2022, Emma Lovell, 41, was reportedly stabbed when she confronted two invaders in Brisbane.

She and her daughters and father Lee, who were also hurt in the assault, had emigrated from Ipswich in 2011.

The guys, who were 17 at the time and could not be identified, were each accused of four crimes.

The child who reportedly used the blade in the event also pleaded guilty to crime, committing a malicious act, and rape inflicting bodily harm in the event for stabbing Mr. Lovell in the Brisbane Supreme Court on Monday.

He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced in May, and he is now 18 years old.

The other son has not yet made a plea.

Emily Lovell, who was born in Hasketon, Suffolk, moved to Australia in search of a “better living” for her family, her brother David Angel recently reported to the BBC.

Her reported attack, one of which prompted the state of Queensland to dubiously introduce stricter youth crime laws, has caused outrage in the community.

On Monday, Mr. Lovell was in prosecutor, but he did not speak to the media.
