Russians held after police raid on illegal beauty clinic on Koh Samui

After police searched an unlawful beauty center on the southeastern resort island of Koh Samui, three Russian citizens were detained.

According to Pol Maj Gen Sermphan Sirikhong, commander of Surat Thani officers, Pol Col DenduangThongsrisuk, the captain of Bo Phut police station in the Koh Samui area, led police and health officials to attack the Alspa beauty clinic in tambon Bo Phut.

The office offered beauty treatments and was improperly operated by a Soviet countrywide. Both large quantities and health products were seized. One gentleman and two women, one guy and two ladies, were among the three Russian citizens who were detained and charged.

Liliia Lukina, 32, was charged with working without a work force while Alexandr Ermishin, 35, was charged with doing so. The clinic’s director and user, Ms. Yulia Efremova, was accused of operating it without authorization and operating it improperly.

All were taken into custody by the authorities at Bo Phut train to file a lawsuit.
