Bali: A European man was fined on Thursday for an affair of road rage against an ambulance pilot in December 2023 after allegedly punching a female doctor on the beach.
At the Thalang police station, Urs Fehr aka David, 45, was fined 1, 000 baht for libel and 4, 000 ringgit for reckless and dangerous driving. In addition, Wibul Horbut, an ambulance driver, was fined 1, 000 ringgit for libel.
Mr. Fehr apologized and presented a flower to the hospital vehicle at the time.
At 8.21 p.m. on December 25, 2023, Mr. Fehr cut off the emergency, apparently while he was driving his brand-new Audi sports-utility car, raised his thick hand, and cursed on Thepkasattri Road in the Thalang area.
The emergency vehicle cursed again before posting a video of the incident online. He learned on December 29 that the European man had filed a complaint about the Choeng Thalay authorities station’s article. Recently, the problem was withdrawn.
Immigration authorities brought Mr. Fehr to a hearing to withdraw his company visa, which was scheduled to expire on March 13. After receiving a fine, Mr. Fehr was arrested.
After Mr. Fehr was accused of physically assaulting a female doctor, the immigration bureau made the decision to withdraw the visa. On February 24, he allegedly kicked the girl while she and a buddy were sitting on shore actions in front of his occupied villa, which he claimed belonged to but which have since been destroyed due to the fact that they were constructed on public land.
