Mr. Fehr denied the assault cost on Monday, and lawyers will arraign him in Phuket Provincial Court.

Municipal officials were checking on Mr. Fehr’s legitimate standing, according to Phuket lieutenant governor Adul Chuthong, who claimed Mr. Fehr had a company visa and a registered elephant foundation.

His immigration remained in effect until March 13. The suspect was then continue to be on a perpetrator’s immigration pending prosecution. According to Mr. Adul, any later visa applications may be taken into account on Monday.
