According to Mr. Adul, citing immigration knowledge, Urs Fehr, also known as David, has a card that will expire on March 13. The Swissman has a base under his name and runs a number of companies in Thailand.

Authorities are also looking into the propriety of Mr. Fehr’s businesses and foundation in the country, he said, adding that immigration will evaluate his visa status and determine whether to extend it when it expires.

After being accused of assault by 26-year-old Thandao Chandam, a physician at Dibuk Hospital, for kicking Dr. Thandao and her companion in their backs while they were stargazing on the shore in front of his palace on February 24, Mr. Fehr was subjected to intense scrutiny.

He claimed that the couple were trespassing on his home, but a subsequent research revealed that the steps were constructed on public property.

According to Mr. Adul, they had been given 30 days to remove them.

Local authorities will destroy them and cost him the cost of the work if he does n’t, he said.

Mr. Fehr has been charged with abuse, but the tragedy has prompted inquiries into his homes and businesses.

The lieutenant governor assured the electorate that the government would take action against those who elude people access to public space as well as those who act as though they are above the law.

Nevertheless, city leaders and security personnel have been given the directive from Phuket government Sopon Suwanrat to launch an investigation and report the findings.

Due to immigration officers having the power to withdraw permits of criminal criminals and arrest them to their countries of origin, Pol Lt Gen Surapong Thanomjit, director of Provincial Police Region 8, said on Monday that the police will get to the middle of the matter.

In the meantime, Dr. Thandao, who thanked the people for giving her social support, posted a message on social media on Monday. She even advocated for the recovery of open access to the beach where the abuse took place.
