According to the OAG, an Office of Attorney-General committee has approved the Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife, and Plant Conservation ( DNP )’s position in a dispute with the Nakhon Nayok Provincial Administrative Organization ( PAO ) regarding the 12 rai Nang Rong waterfall tourism compound in Khao Yai National Park.

The OAG stated in a notice to the DNP that the board, which hears complaints between position agencies, decided that the contested substance was subject to DNP control.

The decision was taken as a result of a 2015 disagreement between the DNP and the Nakhon Nayok PAO.

The PAO claims to be occupying its territory at Khao Yai National Park, according to the DNP. However, prior to the declaration of the Khao Yai National Park barrier, the PAO claims that the first structure in the substance was constructed in 1955.

Field Marshal Plaek Pibulsongkram’s house, the PAO’s holiday services workplace, tourist bungalows, and other structures are located on the site.
