The debate over area plots close to Khao Yai National Park, according to Defense Minister Sutin Klungsang, needs to be settled in two months.

Three sub-committeets have been established to address the problem, and they will provide insight to the One Map preparing committee, which decides which plots are designated for the property reform program and which are designated as woodland reserves, he said.

Following a dispute over almost 3, 000 rai of land in tambon Moosi, in the Pak Chong district of the park, the Agricultural Land Reform Office ( Alro ) and the Department of National Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation ( DNP ) are bringing up the One Map committee’s intervention.

Arlo insisted that the area had been legitimately designated as agricultural land and that it did not veer off from the DNP’s claim of national park area.

A professional committee, a constitutional committee, and a policy committee are the sub-committees, according to Mr. Sutin.

The specialized committee will examine the restrictions and travel to the contested areas. It employs employees from a variety of organizations, including the DNP, the Royal Thai Survey Department, and regional officials.

The job may be finished in two weeks, Mr. Sutin said, unless there are weather-related issues.

During his visit to the northern county of Nong Khai, the One Map method aims to standardize the maps that state agencies use and should use. assist authorities in resolving Sor Por Kor area reform plots and forest reserve rights.

After being determined to be in the cache area, Agriculture Minister Capt. Thamanat Prompow announced on Sunday that he had ordered Alro to withdraw the land ownership documents for five Sor Por Kor narratives.

After state authorities decided to use the One Map method to settle disputes across the country, he said the government will wait for the One Map planning agency’s results.

He added that Alro has firmly adhered to the rules, but that the issue is brought on by the use of various maps by various organizations.

An impending meeting, according to Capt. Thamanat, will ensure that Alro officials across the country follow the buffer zone rule and investigate alleged irregularities in the release of Sor Por Kor area.

Meanwhile, Prawit Wongsuwon, the leader of the Palang Pracharath Party ( PPRP ), made a promise on Sunday to move the upgrade of Sor Por Kor land use certificates to land deeds.

He stated that one of the party’s primary policies is the upgrading of the Sor Por Kor property document during a visit to the northern province of Nong Khai.

He claimed that the Natural Resources and Environment Ministry, both run by the PPRP, may act on reliable data to target area issues.
