Almost 39, 000 packs of contraband foreign cigs of various brands are actually seized from a canal-side on the Cambodian border in Aranyaprathet district of Sa Kaeo.
These were found in 49 bags discovered by excise officials, border patrol police and troops from the Burapha job force alongside the canal behind Phan Suek border village on Wednesday.
