Paetongtarn Shinawatra, the head of the Pheu Thai Party, denied on Sunday that she would be chosen as a government minister in the midst of rumors that the case might be reshuffled.
Later in October, Ms. Paetongtarn was chosen to lead the ruling party. She stated that she was concentrating on putting Pheu Thai’s policies, such as the growth of soft energy and the universal healthcare system, into practice.

She vehemently denied any discussions about the issue and stated that it would be entirely unforeseen if her name was mentioned when asked whether or not she would take the cabinet post in the event that she was approached.
Three Pheu Thai ministries who were rumored to resign as list-MPs were appointed to government positions, but the leader of that country even declined to comment on them. She claimed that since she had nothing to do with the situation, the prime minister may handle it.
According to reports, Deputy Prime Minister Somsak Thepsutin, Transport Minister Suriya Jungrungreangkit, and Minister of Digital Economy and Society Prasert Chantararuangtong will step down as Members to make room for more youthful candidates. There was a rumor that their choice was intended to keep them in their governmental positions.
On Sunday, Deputy Prime Minister and Pheu Thai heavyweight Phumtham Wechayachai reiterated that there would be no change of the government to add Ms. Paetongtarn or select her for excellent secretary.
He claimed that despite the fact that she possesses the necessary credentials to serve in the cabinet, the party has not brought it up because she is already preoccupied with her position as party leader and working to fortify it so that it can much respond to young people’s voices.
He continued,” Ms. Paetongtarn, the party president and one of Pheu Thai’s prospects for prime minister, is prepared to direct the state and her time will come.”
He acknowledged that members of the list of MPs, including Somsak, Suriya, and Prasert, would resign from their positions in order to make room for others and concentrate more intently on their case duties.
Palang Pracharath Party ( PPRP ) director Varathep Rattanakorn claimed that Gen Prawit Wongsuwon’s public appearance had no political ramifications.
Gen Prawit, who vanished from public view, showed up at a party event in Phetchabun on Sunday and sparked attention because there were rumors that he had been reshuffled.
The PPRP leader claimed that despite continuing to work for the party, he is often seen in people due to his lack of a cabinet position. He added that he recently overcame foot issues that prevented him from attending House sessions.
The Council of State now gave its recommendations to the government on Saturday[ Jan 6], according to Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin, who added that more information about the digital wallet system is anticipated this week.
There are no barriers to the scheme’s execution; only ideas and actions must be taken in order to proceed with the plan, he said.
However, he added that it’s possible that the government will review the matter on Tuesday.
